Put facebook to Work For You

When you are a Self Publisher it is your responsibility to advertise and promote your book. That is why you get all the book profits instead of sharing them with a Publisher, a Marketer, a Promoter or any other marketing people. Most people find that marketing their book is the most difficult thing they do. The good news to all those people who "Hate to Promote Themselves" is that nowadays there a many, many different ways you can promote yourself and your book ... AND .... you can even get others to help you.

The name of the utility that can do this work for you is called ... facebook ... and if you don't know the name by now, you need to get out of the book publishing business.

Facebook has been designed as an internet utility that lets you connect with a wide variety and wide number of people all over the world. Most people start of small by linking up with friends and family ... who are also linked up with other friends and family and on and on it goes.

What's interesting about Facebook is that you can create different pages or sites. You can have one personal site, and another site for your business  ... or ... YOUR BOOK !!! Wouldn't that be nice.

There are a number of features and benefits for using Facebook as your own personal marketing tool. Remember, being a Self Published is a process that will take time to develop a work with. It is up to you to find ... to learn and to use the tools at your disposal to work this process. Selling books is easy ... getting people to know that your book exists is more challenging so take advantage of the tools you have available and put them to work ...
