In the last couple years we have tried many programs from plain old grammar checking software to talk to text software. The outcome of all this testing is that we’re still using the built in, stalk tools in our word processor programs. After we downloaded the software a short installation followed. Whitesmoke integrates with many text-based software running on your OS, this includes MS Word, Outlook and Messenger.

The interface works just about the same way as Microsoft Office's spelling and grammar tools only it does a more complete job. You can turn on the interface through the key F2 and by hitting the F2 key you may straight away notice our only disappointment about WhiteSmoke. When you turn on the application thru F2 you will disable the text application that you have running till you tell it to either accept or cancel the suggested changes.

All of the reviews that we have been reading about WhiteSmoke have let us know the program is good for authors that need to work on their English and that it’s also great for writing books, letters, emails and even that it is excellent for MSN use.  After trying the program for the before mentioned uses, we we’re very happy with the results. We tested with the  build-in spell and grammar checker, and found the Whitesmoke  out preformed them almost every time.

With these result , our opinion about Whitesmoke is that this software is a must for all authors.
